out of town.....

hmmmm, not too sure if I like this new editor, but will give it a shot for a few posts - anyway, Jim and I will be leaving on Friday for a week - I'm taking my laptop, but don't know how often I will be checking in - here is a little painting I just finished this afternoon - looking forward to getting away, but also looking forward to returning for a couple of months work in the studio - have several things started and new ideas on the front burner! It really is starting to feel like fall here - the leaves are turning and falling already - I do love the light this time of year more than all the other seasons - it just glows in the warmest way - have a fabulous week everyone!

Ditto to all the other comments - and yes, Autumn (Fall) does seem to be a time of renewal, when one would think it would be Spring. Hope the holiday was wonderful. Ann from UK.

Hi Jeane,

Have a great time and don't worry about us at all!

I'm giving the new editor a try. I like how it makes images easier to handle.

It is good to get away and see new surroundings. Upon returning home and back to the studio you will see things with a different perspective.
Enjoy your trip and try to stay away from the laptop as much as possible.
By the way, Are you now using Blogger in Draft? If so, it takes a little getting used to but i find it better over all.

good morning Daryl - rest and refresh are definitely on the top of my list! thanks!

hello Egmont - yes, I'm using blogger draft and in fact that's what I've been using for the past year, but the editor is new from blogger, so will give it a test drive but it doesn't have a few things that I really liked - sigh- thanks for coming by :)

will do Jo - new ideas that always seem to find their way back to my personal esthetic - that is truly the personal stamp everyone puts on their art isn't it xxo

hello Elizabeth - we will have a wonderful tripl thanks :)
